I think how I eat is closer to paleo because I do have the occasional bit of sweet, like honey and maple syrup. On the Whole30, you don't have any of that for 30 days. So, here are my go-to meals:. I throw in some almond butter if I'm feeling super hungry.

We were staying down the road at the JW Marriott and had all inclusive meals package but we got a bit sick of the resort food and decided to head out to try something different and authentic and Pams did not disappoint. The food was so good we went back the next night as well. We sampled several different entrees but the crumbed prawns were certainly the standout and i would recommend the fried rice in pineapple, which can easily be shared between 4 people with mains each. Although the food was exceptional the highlight of the meals was the service, the staff here are absolutely wonderful and they have an extensive cocktail menu. The prices are very very good with 3 entree, 2 mains and 6 cocktails about THB. If you are in the area staying at a local resort certainly make your way to Pams for a feast, you will not be dissapointed. There are all kinds of Mormons, and we as exmormons should know better than to stereotype our former selves. There is no way I can compete with a suicide!!. I even had someone tell me I should know better than to marry a nomo. It can't be antiMormon. Forget what anyone else says or expects of you. This man basically tells you in a simple way within 6 minutes.
